Becoming a mother is one of the most rewarding and difficult life changes that any woman will ever experience. With the joy of new life comes a tremendous new set of demands that can be extremely tough to navigate in the midst of sleep deprivation and hormonal changes. For many new moms, this transformation can feel overwhelming, and if left unsupported, it can allow even the strongest women to subtly slip into very challenging places. Society often depicts the post-newborn period of a woman's life as totally blissful—but the reality is, it entails substantial life disruption, complete with a deconstruction and reconstruction of personal identity, and all these changes can be very difficult to navigate.
The first six months after baby's birth will be some of the hardest. During this time, the focus most always shifts to baby's wellness only, meaning yours is often sidelined. At North Delta Neurofeedback, we invite you to bring the focus back to you. We offer resilience-building brain training sessions, coaching, and guidance to help you through your transition to motherhood.
Together we'll devise a sustainable self-care plan that includes weekly neurofeedback sessions, emotional check-ins, and personalized short and long-term survival strategies, with a focus on how to redefine yourself so that you feel completely supported, understood, and resilient on this new path in life.

FIVE 1-hour NEUROFEEDBACK sessions + WELLNESS COACHING
This care package is all about setting you up to succeed in the most important job you'll ever have.
Your first appointment will begin with a confidential self-assessment and intake interview that will be used to co-create a five-week wellness plan, followed by a calming NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback brain training session. Each subsequent appointment will include a NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback session, followed by progress-tracking and guided reflection to inspire and maintain momentum toward your wellness goals.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY | We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours prior the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $25 CAD. Session no-show fees are $50 CAD. If missed, consultations will result in a $15 CAD no-show fee. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within three months of purchase. Appointments are not covered by extended health care benefits.
