We know that motherhood is one of the hardest jobs out there, and we know that mothers often sideline their needs for others. This year, we're excited to offer our 2021 Mother's Day Care Package, a five-week Neurofeedback and Wellness Coaching program that puts mom's needs first.
Offered through Arc Integrated Medicine in North Delta, this Mother's Day Care Package is for moms seeking replenishment. With five sessions of resilience-building neurofeedback and a personalized wellness plan, this self-care package is perfect for any mom who is feeling depleted and in need of some nourishing love and support!
The first appointment will begin with a confidential self-assessment and intake interview that will be used to co-create a five-week wellness plan, followed by a calm and relaxing NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback brain training session. Each subsequent appointment will include a NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback session, followed by guided reflection and progress-tracking to inspire and maintain momentum toward wellness goal achievement.

Child-minding is available for moms during their Neurofeedback sessions. Restrictions may apply; please inquire — we will do our very best to accommodate your needs!

A free 15-minute online consultation to answer your questions and explore if NeurOptimal® Neurofeedback is right for you. In the meantime, find out more about it here.
PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY | We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours prior the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $25 CAD. Session no-show fees are $50 CAD. If missed, online consultations will result in a $15 CAD no-show fee. Appointments are not covered by extended health care benefits. Payment is due during each session and will be charged to the credit card used to book appointments, or can be paid via e-transfer or gift card before each Neurofeedback session begins. We ask that all sessions in this package be conducted within 60 days of the first appointment.
HEALTH & SAFETY POLICY | Our practitioners reserve the right cancel or discontinue any appointments they feel infringe upon their personal health or safety. In this event, a client will be charged for the appointment and may be prohibited from booking future appointments with North Delta Neurofeedback.
