Payment is due during your session and will be charged to the credit card used to book your appointment or can be paid via e-transfer before your session begins.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY | We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours prior the beginning of your appointment, or you may be charged a late cancellation fee of $25 CAD. Session no-show fees are $50 CAD. If missed, online consultations will result in a $15 CAD no-show fee. Packages are non-refundable and must be used within six months of purchase (10-PACK). Appointments are not covered by extended health care benefits.
